Terms of payment
30% deposit within 10 days of booking by bank transfer; remaining balance by bank transfer up to 3 days after arrival.
Booking conditions
Cancellation rights according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG do not apply. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 3 months before arrival: 30% of the booking value
- Cancellation fees 3 months - 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking value
- Cancellation fees 1 month - 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking value
- Cancellation fees within the last week and in the event of early departure: 90% of the booking value
- A paid deposit is not considered a partial payment, but will be deducted from any resulting cancellation fee.
Money-back guarantee
In the event of border/hotel closures or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
Cancellation protection
It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than expected and suddenly the booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short prematurely. Please allow us to spare you the associated costs and hassle: We recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid coverage).

Pets
Dogs are allowed in our holiday apartments. We charge a small daily apartment fee per animal.
Smoking
All our holiday apartments are non-smoking. Please only smoke on the balcony or in the garden and use an ashtray.
