Ski paradise in the Tirolean Oberland region
Ried is located at the foot of the famous Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region (185 kilometres of slopes), which has been ranked amongst the world's best ski resorts by international expert juries for years.
Our free ski bus (bus stop 100 metres from the house) takes you to the Fiss valley station 6 times a day in about 12 minutes (8:30 am, 8:45 am, 9:30 am, 9:45 am, 10:30 am and 10:45 am). However, you also have the option of taking our second ski bus several times a day to the small, family-friendly and reasonably priced ski area of Ried/Fendels with its 14 kilometers of slopes (journey time approx. 1 minute, on foot approx. 5 minutes).
The Nauders ski resort, the Kaunertal Glacier and the small but fine Venet ski resort will complete your ski safari in the Tirolean Oberland region. Best of all: Enjoy all these ski resorts in close proximity to us with a single ski pass!

Keen to relax and exercise in the midst of the snow-covered mountain landscape? There are countless options beyond downhill skiing. Why not try cross-country skiing, a guided winter walk, a snowshoe hike, ice skating, night tobogganing or the obligatory snowball fight with your loved ones?
Tobogganing
Wrap up warm and off you go! The whole family loves to go tobogganing. Best of all, there are several well-prepared and partially floodlit natural toboggan runs to choose from: in Fendels, St. Ulrich in Pfunds, Hohlenegg or Nauders, where you can take the cable car to the start of Tirol's longest toboggan run.
Cross-country skiing
n the three-countries region where the holiday regions of Kaunertal, Tiroler Oberland and Nauders am Reschenpass meet, cross-country skiing fans are really in for a treat. Around 150 kilometres of cross-country ski trails (awarded the cross-country trail seal of approval) ranging from easy to very challenging, roll out in front of your ski tips. High-altitude trails with snow guarantee are included!
Adventure Night in Serfaus
During the 2023/24 winter season, “Reflection" is the motto of the Serfaus ski school's bombastic open-air show. At the middle station of the Komperdellbahn cable car, the combination of acrobatic jumps, precise choreography and fascinating lighting effects transports the audience into another world.
Nightflow Fiss
The spectacular "The Eagle Returns" show is sure to cause a stir once again during the winter of 2023/24. Dancers, acrobats and snow sports instructors from the Fiss-Ladis ski school will set the Nightflow Arena on fire directly on the Möseralm piste. Witness this absolute highlight of the week under the symbol of the eagle!
